Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Lead Purifier Pro website and service (the "Service") operated by Whispers of the Past ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lead Purifier Pro is a lead verification and grading tool. Users upload contact lists (including email addresses, phone numbers, and company names) and receive automated verification results, quality scores, and actionable grades. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources or the deliverability of any specific email.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload data you do not have the legal right to process.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the lead data you upload. We claim no ownership over your data. We process it solely to provide the verification results you request. We do not sell or share your uploaded lists with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Lead Purifier Pro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any verification results. Lead verification is inherently probabilistic; a high score does not guarantee deliverability, and a low score does not guarantee failure.

8. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion. No refunds are provided for partial months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
